Resizing
We offer resizing for most rings, depending on the design and complexity. Please note that full eternity rings cannot be resized. If resizing is required beyond 2 sizes, a minimum charge of £69 will apply. For more details on our resizing service, click here.

Clean & Polish
Our cleaning service includes ultrasonic and steam cleaning, plating (if required), securing the settings, and a final polish. The charge for this service is £69.

Engraving
We can engrave your jewellery in up to 15 different fonts and add symbols. Engraving is limited to 20 characters, depending on the item, and makes the piece non-refundable. The engraving service is available for £59.

Tighten Stone
If the stones in your jewellery are loose, we can tighten them, retip the claws, and polish the piece. This service also includes ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning, plating (if necessary), and a final polish. The cost for this is £89.

Plating
If your jewellery requires plating, we offer a full service including ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning, securing the settings, and polishing. The service is available for £69.

Stone Replacement
If a stone in your jewellery is damaged or missing, it can be replaced. The cost depends on whether it’s a manufacturing fault or chargeable to the client.

Bespoke Jewellery
If you would like to create something unique, our bespoke jewellery service allows you to work closely with our team to design your perfect piece. We’ll create a CAD design for you to review and amend. Based on your design and budget, we’ll then provide a quote, and your piece will be handcrafted to meet your exact requirements. You’ll receive your bespoke jewellery within three weeks from the confirmation of your order.

We engrave many pieces of jewellery each year and the chances are that your ring will also be suitable for engraving.
Important things to note about engraving
There are a number of very important things you should note about engraving:
- There is a character limit on most rings
- Engraving will add 3 to 4 days onto the delivery time of your ring
- Engraving a ring means refunds are not possible
- Resizing a ring is not possible after engraving

Any item purchased with us has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in-store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value.

Men's rings are in fact the same price as women's rings weight for weight. As the style of men's rings tend to be much larger this means that they require more gold, platinum, or in the case of diamonds - more diamonds, which results in a higher price that is relative to the amount of materials used.
